Description

CeraVe offers two acne-targeting foaming cleansers designed to help clear and prevent breakouts:

Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser (4% Benzoyl Peroxide)

This daily cleanser contains 4% benzoyl peroxide to effectively clear acne pimples and prevent new ones from forming. Its creamy formula transforms into a gentle foam that removes dirt and excess oil without stripping the skin’s natural moisture. In addition to benzoyl peroxide, it includes hyaluronic acid to retain moisture, niacinamide to soothe the skin, and three essential ceramides to help restore and maintain the skin’s protective barrier. This cleanser is non-comedogenic, fragrance-free, and suitable for normal to oily skin types.

Acne Foaming Cream Wash (10% Benzoyl Peroxide)

For more stubborn acne, this cleanser contains the maximum over-the-counter strength of 10% benzoyl peroxide. It effectively clears existing acne and prevents new breakouts while maintaining the skin’s comfort. The formula also includes hyaluronic acid for hydration, niacinamide to calm the skin, and ceramides to support the skin barrier. Despite its potent acne-fighting properties, it is formulated to be gentle and non-irritating, making it suitable for daily use on both the face and body.

Usage Instructions:

• Wet the skin with lukewarm water.
• Apply a dime-sized amount of the cleanser and gently massage into the skin in a circular motion.
• Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
• Use once daily, gradually increasing to two times daily if needed.
• If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce usage to once a day or every other day.
