1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    • In the original packaging with tags and labels attached.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) once opened.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item.

c. Shipping the Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Clearly label the package with the RA#.
  • Ship the return to the address provided in the instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
  • To request an exchange, please follow the same process as returns.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
